DESTABILITY MANAGEMENT
We have been at a constant war with terrorism, a gift given to us by our neighbors, who are least interested to see us grow and prosper. I won’t be pointing the fingers at them but those who are backing them especially indirectly and everyone since the American exit from Afghanistan knows it. Stemming from all forms of proxy wars and low intensity conflicts, we have lost many men as well as innocent civilians. Just for the sake of some money they are brainwashed vehemently to pickup the path of violence and end up ruining their own lives as well as their families.
This has been well orchestrated by the regulars of enemy army with the help of radicalized locals, who continue to wreck havoc every now and then. Get some guerrilla level training, pickup weapons and destroy lives. This norm has been followed constantly to provide the needed bleeding to Kashmir. Yet there is another form which has silently risen, nurtured and now forms the core of conventional terrorism. This is what we call terrorism without weapons.
This forms the present backbone, which caters for all forms of verbal as well as psychological moulding to compel someone to pick up weapon, without any form of emotional compulsion. No sane person will choose this path. This has successful inclusion of religious point, which forms the easiest way to sway masses, then comes personal compulsion like money, then it’s the revenge mindset which harbors even more hatred.
It becomes really hard to understand what is the sole motive behind taking up of weapons is, until the person surrenders and admits his motive. Even more dangerous are those who don’t pickup any weapon yet have the ability to sway masses as per their whims and fancies. These are the head of such organisation, who make everyone believe that their cause of picking up weapon is just. They make others do the duty work whilst they enjoy in the open. Here one thing to note is, these people who are enjoying it are funded and backed by major powers who have their interests vested in the destability of the south east Asian region. If terrorism had to be routed out, it has to be done at the grassroots level, instead of trading the symptoms, the underlying condition had to be treated. For that we need to sideline these leaders who are constantly misguiding the youth.
